(CSE: DHC) (the “Company” or “Deer Horn”) announces that, due to increasing external commitments by Lindsay Gorrill, he has resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company. The Company sincerely thanks Mr. Gorrill for his contributions and years of service as a Director and wishes him every success in his future endeavours.
